AND ORANGE COUNTIES FROM 8 AM TO 8 PM PST SUNDAY...
...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF SAN DIEGO
COUNTY FROM 8 AM TO 8 PM PST SUNDAY...
.Gusty northeasterly winds will return Saturday night through
Sunday evening across portions of San Bernardino, Riverside and
Orange Counties, with low relative humidity pushing in Sunday
morning. Gusts around 55 mph are expected in the usual windy
locations with isolated gusts near 70 mph at Pleasants Peak and
Fremont Canyon. A Red Flag Warning is in effect from 8 AM through
8 PM Sunday for those locations. In San Diego County a Fire
Weather Watch is in effect for the valleys and mountains from 8
AM to 8 PM Sunday.

THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...
* LOCATION...Mainly along the coastal mountain slopes, extending
into the adjacent valley areas in northern San Diego County.
* WIND...East to northeast 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
* HUMIDITY...15-20 percent.
* TIMING...8 AM through 8 PM Sunday.
* OUTLOOK...Winds will weaken Sunday night.
* FIRE WEATHER IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely
spread rapidly and be difficult to contain. Outdoor burning
should be avoided.
